Board Policy GP 3.5 – Board Members’ Code of Conduct was last revised March 26, 2013. Per Board Policy GP 3.3, this policy is reviewed in April. However, the Board has determined it appropriate to review this policy at this time. This policy is now before the board for a first reading.
