District staff is requesting Board of Education approval for the fees listed below. Both Timnath and Wellington Middle-High Schools continued to add staff and programs late into the summer, in anticipation of opening in the fall. These programmatic additions prompted the need for new fees at each site. The addition of fees at the other schools listed below represent new programs or processes that support both curricular and extra-curricular offerings to students. We continue to work on a consistent fee structure and we look forward to sharing more detail with the Board later in the year.

• Bamford Elementary School has requested an addition to their fee schedule for planners for 3^rd-5^th grades.
  
  
• O’Dea Elementary School has requested an addition to their fee schedule for the Spring Musical for 4^th and 5^th grade.
  
  
• Fossil Ridge High School has requested the addition of HOSA Club, a show choir dress, and eSports club to their fee schedule

• Lincoln Middle School has requested an addition to their fee schedule for WEB Leaders.

• PSD Global Academy has requested an addition to their fee schedule for Fall eSports.

• Preston has requested an addition to their fee schedule for Engineering Brightness.

• Zach Elementary has requested the addition of cursive club and craft club 5^th grade to their fee schedule.

• Timnath Middle School/High School has requested the addition of high school choirs dress uniform, middle school choirs dress uniform, middle school choirs concert uniform, and high school choirs pants uniform to their fee schedule.

• Wellington Middle School/High School has requested an addition to their fee schedule for middle school soccer club.

C.R.S. 22-32-117, C.R.S. 22-32-116.5 and 1 C.C.R. 301-4 as well as District policy JQ require that student fees be authorized pursuant to a Board-adopted fee schedule.

GP 3.2.5, the Board will “take all actions required by law.”

The Assistant Superintendents of Elementary and Secondary Schools recommend the attached revisions to the fee schedules be ratified/approved by the Board.
