| | | | | | | | | Background: | The approval of the Microsoft Educational Enrollment Solutions (EES) Agreement is critical to the continued smooth, reliable operation of PSD in both the academic and operations verticals. All staff and student access to identified Microsoft-related software and services is controlled under this agreement - which is adjusted and renewed based upon current student enrollment, staff assignments, and identified district software needs. Examples of these software needs include: O365 email and Office products, Microsoft Server and Database products, PowerBI, User Directory and Authentication products, Legal Compliance and Preservation products, Online Conferencing and Collaboration products, as well as Client Access License (CAL) products.
Colorado is a participant in the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE) which allows us to receive pricing under the attached cooperative agreement titled 'Dell_MHEC_Agreement_2022.'
