The Addendum to Charter School Contract between the District and Compass Community Collaborative School (“CCCS”), dated February 13, 2018, provides in paragraph 8.14 that: “On or before each June 30 this Contract is in effect, CCCS shall sign an addendum to charter school contract that includes but is not limited to an updated section 7 (Economic Plan, Budget and Annual Audit) and other amendments to the Contract and exhibits necessitated by new legislation, other changes in the law and/or operating efficiencies.” Accordingly, an Addendum to Charter School Contract, to take effect on July 1, 2020, is attached for Board action. Included as part of the Addendum are Exhibit B (Services Available for Purchase by CCCS for the District for the 2020-2021 Fiscal Year), Exhibit C (CCCS’s Budget for the 2020-2021 Fiscal Year), and Exhibit F (Jointly Requested Statutory Waivers).

The Superintendent recommends that the Board of Education approve the attached Addendum to Charter School Contract, including the Exhibits attached thereto, and authorize the Contract to be signed by the Board President attested by the Board Secretary.
